Welcome to StratiPeak. By accessing our website or engaging our consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the StratiPeak website (stratipeak.ca) or by engaging StratiPeak for any consulting services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

If you are entering into these terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our Services

StratiPeak provides strategic consulting services including, but not limited to:

• Strategy Development & Execution
• Performance Management & Systems
• Capacity Building & Development
• Customer Experience Design
• ESG & Sustainability Integration
• Feasibility Studies & Business Planning

The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or consulting agreement signed by both parties. These Terms & Conditions apply to all engagements unless superseded by a written agreement to the contrary.

StratiPeak reserves the right to decline, modify, or discontinue any service offering at any time without prior notice.

3. Payments & Fees

All fees for services are as stated in the applicable SOW or proposal. By purchasing or booking a service, you agree to pay all applicable fees in full.

• Online payments are processed securely via Stripe. StratiPeak does not store your payment card details.
• Invoiced engagements are due within the payment terms stated on the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Late payments may be subject to interest charges at the rate permitted by applicable law.
• Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you wish to cancel a service, please contact us at info@stratipeak.ca as soon as possible. Refunds are not guaranteed once work has commenced.

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the StratiPeak website — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of StratiPeak and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

With respect to consulting deliverables, ownership of final work product will be as specified in the applicable SOW. In the absence of such specification, StratiPeak retains ownership of all work product until payment in full has been received, at which point ownership transfers to the client.

StratiPeak retains the right to use general methodologies, frameworks, and know-how developed during any engagement for other clients and purposes, provided that no confidential client information is disclosed.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during an engagement that is designated as confidential or that reasonably should be understood to be confidential given the nature of the information and the circumstances of disclosure.

StratiPeak will not disclose your confidential business information to third parties without your prior written consent, except as required by law. Likewise, any proprietary methodologies, tools, or materials provided by StratiPeak are to be kept confidential by the client.

Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of any engagement for a period of two (2) years unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

StratiPeak provides consulting advice and recommendations based on information available at the time of engagement. We make no guarantee of specific business outcomes, results, or financial performance resulting from the use of our services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StratiPeak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services or website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a service engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to StratiPeak for that specific engagement.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

StratiPeak reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
